Mostly acrylic on canvas. I do enjoy sketching though, especially portraits.

Where’s home, and what do you like about it
I was born and raised in Jasper! I love it here. There is just something about growing up in a tight knit supportive community like Jasper. The mountains never cease to inspire me, especially in my art. I am constantly taking pictures of the scenery like it's the first time I've seen them.
What’s your origin story? How did you get started with this work?
I have always been artistic, since I was a little kid. My grandparents house was filled with framed drawings I had gifted them as a kid, I think they saved every one I gave them. Just in the past few years though I've really found my love for acrylics.
What pushes and/or inspires you to be creative?
My family has always been awesome with supporting my art, especially my husband Eric. He's probably my number one fan. He's always pushing me to create, even when I'm having an artist block.
