Where’s home, and what do you like about it
Jasper! :) Whats not to like about living here. There's a lot to list but I would have to say the mountains (of course!), the wilderness/trails and places to explore, all the amazing lakes and rivers to fish. I love all the places I have to walk my dogs and ride my horses. Truly feel blessed to live in such a beautiful place.
What’s your origin story? How did you get started with this work?
Since I was a kid I've always enjoyed "crafting". Winter is usually my time I spend the most building things. I'm a very active outdoors person during the spring-fall. Winter time with the shorter days there isn't as much for me to do and I don't like just sitting in the couch every night so that's when I spend my most time being creative and making things. Keeps my mind occupied and busy.
What pushes and/or inspires you to be creative?
Definitely the outdoors/nature. I love being able to give people handmade items/gifts. It means more then store bought items. It gives me a sense of joy to be able to give people something that's unique and made with love.
